I would say the ASG and any commercial samples would be wrong to trade. But trading personal samples, even with OS 3.2 on the disk should be fine - everyone...

I agree on the fact that you need to format the disk first, and yes it works also (usually) with ede109. I do the same, choose sq-80, and then the disk is ok....
