M&P Music Retreat Day

APRIL 19^th 2009  10.30am – 6.30pm

At the CODA MUSIC CENTRE in East Dorset

Facilitated by Susan Nares and Sarah Verney Caird

This will be an experiential day for connecting through spontaneous music making, sounding and silence.  A range of simple tuned and untuned instruments will be available but do bring your own instrument(s) if you wish.   The day is suitable for trained and untrained musicians alike. 

Practicalities

Please bring lunch to share.

Bring a cushion/rug for comfort (chairs are provided)

Bring outdoor footwear.  As part of the day, we intend to include a meditative walk (weather permitting).

As an option – A simple vegetarian supper will be provided, for those who wish to eat before travelling home.  We can offer advice about B&B's if required.

Cost – Voluntary donations gratefully received (we need to cover the cost of the venue, admin and food)
