Dear All,
Last call for this Saturday's charity concert at the Loft:
We now have sponsorship in the form of champagne, wine, soft drinks from Budgens and tasty snacks from both Waitrose and Dunns - all local traders in Crouch End.
We have also invited the local shop owners/managers will come along. We have about 30 names of traders who said they are interested to join us - but people are slow to register... I know - I'd be the same, being a last minute kind of person myself!
If you can't bring yourself to register in advance - call Jaz on Saturday afternoon if you want to come! We hope there will be room for everyone who wants to join us.
07961 956 943
However registration (payment to the charity up front!) is much appreciated and makes life much easier at the door and helps with catering from the shop donations if we know how many people are coming along!
The music line up includes hot klezmer from the brilliant Bernard Greenwood, violin, Neyire Ashworth, clarinet and Kate Shortt, cello.
Kate will also do some or her inimitable comedy cello and piano - as well some solo Bach.
My cousin Paul Roditi will play a couple of traditional songs on the guitar and I will be performing with the ensemble new works
described as "minimalist, avant, chamber, pop" by my new agent!
An exhibition of paintings by local artist Shelly Vickers Pertz will also be on display.
Register here
Entry is £10 (all goes to a good cause!).
We hope you can come, enjoy the goodies provided - and have a social and cultural feast in the process!
Love
Jenni
