SONGSALIVE! SHOWCASES AND WORKSHOPS NEW YORK CITY - NEW VENUE!

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to all our NY Chapter members!

I look forward to once again hosting the NYC Showcase/Seminars.
Special thanks to Gilli and the team for making it happen and securing
a great new home at the Baggott Inn!

NY Songsalive! Showcases and Workshops will begin again on the last
Sundays of the month. The first is January 28, 2007.

As your NY coordinator, I will host and be your main contact for
showcase performances. As before, 'll try to bring you interesting
and informative industry speakers, which really adds a serious amount
of value to these gatherings. But please remember, they won't succeed
without your involvement, support and most importantly - attendance!
Please mark your calendars and plan to be with us each month.

Thanks and see you in the New Year!
-- Noel Ramos

4:00pm - 6.00pm - Workshop
Songsalive! holds workshops where songwriters gather to share their
songs, gain feedback and develop relationships within the songwriting
communities we have created around the world. The first half is solely
dedicated to an in-the-round workshop where writers present one song
each - either on tape, CD or live - followed by a guest
speaker/industry discussion in the second half and plenty of time to
talk and network. The workshops are open to all songwriters and music
composers of all levels and music genres and you don't have to be a
Songsalive! member to
attend. It is usually best to register your attendance in advance.
