Go to You Tube for the instructions.
Here is another source.
The very fact that you are starting your flute building journey, I question your thinking on wanting to build a Fujara first.
Granted it sounds weird and great, but it is not a typical NAF type wind instrument. You might learn more starting with a simple NAF type PVC flute.
There are several Yahoo groups that will be a lot more helpful for learning to build flutes. NAF Music forum is really great for finding and sharing music, however,
is a good start. Sign up and you can get access to the files section where a lot of great starting information is located.
A similar group but a bit more advanced is
I have a whole section there on how to build PVC flutes.
Making flutes is a wonderful journey of learning. It is best to try to find a local flute circle to learn from. Also, try to find a flute craftsperson in your area to get an appointment to visit.
For the most part, trying to just learn the art all by your self is and will be frustrating. The Ki-e-ta manual is an excellent place to start to learn the language of flute making. With out that knowledge, you cannot ask intelligent questions on the forum.
Save that Fujara project for when you have really learned how to use all the flute making tools, and computer tuning programs. (free stuff). (down load on the other forums.)
Good luck on your journey.
