a few years ago at the rainbow gathering i witnessed many people
spinning fire chains or poi to a group of hand drummers and the energy
there in that ring was magnificent, since returning to the real world i
have found only a few groups that actually still participate in what
are referred to as "spin jams" fire spinners and drummers that get
together the third friday of every month.

A few fire friends and myself would like to rekindle this energy in our
own area (fort collins and surrounding areas)
