Event announcements of chanteys and sea music from Philadelphia to Newfoundland, or otherwise accessible from the Boston area. Hosted by the monthly MIT Chantey Maritime Sing since 2005, and open to ANYONE announcing sea music events from the Eastern seaboard to the Erie Canal.
Please join this group if you:

• Want to know when and where the next MIT Chantey Sing will be: (SUNDAY May 18, 1-4 pm, MIT Sailing Pavilion)
• Want to know when other sea music events are happening in the northeastern U.S. or Atlantic Canada
• Know of a chantey sing/maritime session in the Northeast that should be on our calendar
• Have a sea music gig of your own coming up that you would like to announce to this list
• Would like a ride to/from a sea music festival or event
• Are touring or visiting the New England area and would like connections to local hosts and venues
• Are a local host or venue interested in hosting traveling chantey singers
• Belong to or know of like-minded groups we should know more about!
