Hi "One-Heart Community Drum" Folks!,
   Great drumming on Saturday at the Alternative School. (It was our first time there in three weeks, and lots of good energy!)
   This week we have two events, our regular circle Saturday, and our Thanksgiving meal on Turkey Day. We are going to try something new this year, with the Thanksgiving meal: a canned food drive, (proceeds will go to Southside Community Center.) If you cannot attend the Thanksgiving Dinner, please drop off your canned food at the School prior or on Thanksgiving Day.

Here are this week's activities:

   Saturday, November 21st, Open Community drum circle, Alternative Community School, 111 Chestnut St., Ithaca, NY. 5-6P.M. Rhythms instruction. 6-9P.M. Open community drum circle. Extra drums available, children welcomed. Potluck optional.

   Thursday November 26, 1P.M. One Heart Community Drummers Open Community Thanksgiving Dinner, Lehman Alternative Community School, 111 Chestnut St, Ithaca, NY (on the West Hill).One Heart will have Turkey, Stuffing and Potatoes along with vegetables and gravy. Bring a side dish or dessert if you can. We will eat from 1 pm to 4 pm and will drum after 3 pm. Canned food drive for the Southside Community Center. If you cannot attend the dinner please drop the canned food off at the School.
