Hi Andrew
Quite simple, they didn't show for the second round, thereby cutting
other quartets out who did have four songs prepared. I think we will
have to add a rule that Open quartets who don't have four songs
prepared are disqualified and the place passes to the next highest
qualifier. That would be fair enough wouldn't it?
