Dear Navajo Nation Band Members:

The Tuba City - Western Agency is having their 3rd Annual Spring
Festival next week on Saturday May 13, 2006. Band this will be our
first performance on our Navajo Land for 2006. I encourage all
Navajo Nation Band Members to come out and support each other in
entertaining the Western Agency with our musical talents/abilities
and LET'S ALL HAVE FUN!!

The Parade route will be the original route we use for the Tuba City
Fair parade each year. The parade will approximately be 2 miles
long. Beginning at Tuba City High School (Birch Avenue) going
through downtown on Main Street and ending at Maloney Street
(Chevron, Mustang). Navajo Nation Band the parade is scheduled to
begin at 9:00 AM (Reservation time); time meet up will be 8:00 AM in
the high school parking lot.

Navajo Nation Band Uniform:
1. Wine-Berry Velvet (given by NNB Director).
2. Clean Creased White Pants.
3. Polished Black Shoes, polished instruments.
4. Jewelry (Men and Women) and designated music.
5. Clean white head band (Men).
6. All Ladies will have her hair in a traditional knot.
7. All Ladies with short hair will have her hair pinned up with
hair pins.

AM to 4:00 PM
June 17 & 24, 2006=Window Rock, Arizona W/R Fairgrounds 10:00 AM to
4:00 PM

MAY & JUNE – PAID PERFORMANCES:
May 13, 2006=3rd Annual Spring Festival-To'Nanees'Dizi 8:00 AM to
10:00 AM
June 3, 2006=NNB Rehearsal & Annual Potluck Luncheon-WR 10:00 AM to
4:00 PM
June 10, 2006 =Gallup Lions Parade-Gallup, NM 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
-Two complimentary tickets for performing NNB members ONLY
-Lunch provided by Ralph Richards
