This upcoming weekend Saturday June 10, 2006 is the GALLUP LIONS
CLUB RODEO PARADE in Gallup, NM. Time meet for the Navajo Nation
Band will be at 7:00 A.M. at the Aztec 5 Theatre parking lot. Please
bring all NNB music for this performance.

-CLEAN CREASED WHITE PANTS
-POLISHED INSTRUMENTS WITH MUSIC LYRE
-ALL NNB MUSIC
-POLISHED BLACK SHOES WITH BLACK SOLES
-POLISHED JEWERLY
-ALL GENTLEMEN MUST HAVE CORRECT HEADBAND GIVEN BY DIRECTOR
-ALL LADIES WITH SHORT HAIR WILL HAVE HER PINNED UP WITH NAVAJO
HAIRPINS
-ALL NNB MEMBERS PLEASE BE PROMPT!

Before and after the performance you will be given information
pertaining to this years' schedule. Reminder to ALL BANDS MEMBERS,
for the 85th Annual Inter-Tribal Ceremonial, WE WILL MARCH IN NAVAJO
MOCCASINS. All Navajo moccasins may be purchased at City Electric
Shoe Shop (20%-50% off) in Downtown Gallup, New Mexico; and here in
Window Rock, Arizona at Arts & Crafts, HWY 264.

Also, this Friday June 09, 2006 there will be a voluntary rehearsal
for Saturday June 10, 2006. The rehearsal will be here in Window
Rock, Arizona at the Window Rock Veterans Memorial Park, 7:00 PM to
9:00 PM.

DHR is providing white Levi 501 Jeans. If you do not know your pant
size, please find out your size and either call Lorraine or Darwyn
Jackson before June 12, 2006. NO EXCHANGES!!!!.

P.S.—To all NNB members who are going to the Mescalero Apaches July
4th Celebration, we need a sign up list so we can verify a room list
to the Apache tribe (members who ride the bus will have a place to
stay, BUS RIDERS ONLY). We will need this list by June 19, 2006.
