Dear Navajo Band Members,

Thank you to all the 39 NNB members who were present for the Gallup
Lions Club Rodeo Parade. We showed the City of Gallup the pride we
bring from the NAVAJO NATION. The weather was beautiful, sunny with
no clouds in the sky and our sound was spectacular!!!!!

During the past performances/rehearsals, emails and letters were
sent out to you all regarding your participation in the Mescalero
Apache July 4th Celebration. This year rooms will be provided for
BAND MEMBERS ONLY that RIDE THE BUS. Those of you that choose to
drive on your own; there WILL be no lodging provided. If you are
planning to travel on your own, I did inform all to make
reservations in advance due to July 4th activities that are held in
the Ruidoso, NM and Alamogordo, NM. Here are the names of band
members that confirmed their participation this year (2006) trip. If
your name is NOT on this list, you will need to contact me by July
28, 2006!

Reminder to all NNB members, PLEASE take your Navajo Moccasins and
Black shoes for Mescalero, NM Performance. Voluntary rehearsals are
being conducted every Tuesday & Thursday during the business week
from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM @ the Window Rock Veterans Memorial Park.
Also each Saturday we are not performing, there are rehearsals being
held either at the Window Rock Veterans Memorial Park or the WR
Fairgrounds please refer to letters sent out.
