Greeting Navajo Nation Band Members,

I hope that you are having a great start to 2008. Spring is right
around the corner so does the start of our NNB Marching Band Season
for 2008.

Next, Saturday on March 15th we will be having a NN Band Rehearsal.
The rehearsal will be held in Window Rock, Arizona from about 11am to
3pm. We will be working on music in our music book and additional
work on the music we will be marching to. So I would encourage every
one to start to tune up your instrument and dig out your music.
The exact location will be announce later next week. This is paid
rehearsal so come one and come all. If you know of any one that is
interested in joining or rejoining the band please bring them with you.

The other thing is really need for everyone to help me out. We will
be wearing new Uniform tops this year. In order to have these shirts
ready for the upcoming season starting in June 2008 I need for
everyone to replay back to me on the color of the shirt, one vote per
member of the Navajo Nation Band (Band parents, supports, and etc your
vote will not count).

Your color options are (you many only choose one):
1. Red
2. Crush light Blue
3. Navy Blue
4. Gray

You have until March 15th to submit your vote. Any one voting after
the March 15 at midnight, your vote will not count. As you are voting
plus include the size of the shirt that you want to wear. I have
talked with the shirt makers to ensure that the mistakes we had with
our current shirts will not happen on our new shirts. FYI: Shirts are
being made for those members who participated in the FY2007 Season.

The reason why for the March 15the deadline is so that we can order
velveteen material.
