Sorry for the shortness of this email to everyone. Please pass this
information on to everyone else.

1. Thursday night parade Complete

Friday's Activities in order
2. 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm concert at Red Rock Amphitheater.

3. 7:30 pm -7:45 or 7:50pm Pre show concert
4. 8:00 pm Friday Night Performance Grand Entry (Them Basses and
B-Flat National Anthem)
~10 or 10:30pm Intermission concert
Grand exit

Saturday's Activities in Order
5. 10 am ~ 12:00 pm Ceremonial Parade (Arrival time 8:00 am no later
than 8:30 am) Aztec 5 West-End in Parking lot
6. 4:30pm-5:00 pm concert at Red Rock Amphitheater (arrival time
2:00pm at RRP)

7. 7:30 pm-8:30pm Saturday night Grand Entry Performance

Reminder: Your band uniform is your parking and entrance pass to Red
Rock Park. Please wear your uniform. Parking passes will not issued
and please realize that we will not be parking near the Rodeo arena
but in the front area. It will be tricky to get to the area so give
your self plenty of time to get to arena.

Please wear your Berry-wine shirts this weekend. Our new shirt are
about 50% done and should be ready in time for Ramah/Pine Hill Parade
on August 16th.

FYI: I not sure how good my cellphone strength will be in the area,
and I will do my best to try to answer your phone calls.
