Friday, July 3rd

8:00 AM               Start to arrive at Bashas' Parking lot, Window Rock, AZ

8:15 AM               Bus arrives - Load & board bus

9:00 AM               Bus departs for Gallup, NM
9:30 AM               Bus arrives at Pep Boys Parking Lot, Gallup, NM

                                                Load & board members - 15 minutes

9:45 AM               Bus departs for Los Lunas, NM

12:00 Noon         Bus arrives in Los Lunas, NM

LUNCH (OYO) 1 hour - Walmart Parking Lot, Exit 203 off of I-25 - Main Street NW

                                                Meet & Pick-up members here.

1:00 PM                Bus departs Los Lunas, NM
3:00 PM                (Optional) Bus arrives at Carrizozo, NM

                                                Restroom Break only - 15 minutes
4:00 PM                Bus arrives in Mescalero, NM

DINNER-FREE at the fairgrounds (Optional) – Members’ choice

4:30 PM (6:00 PM)           Check-in at Inn of the Mountain Gods

5:00 PM (6:30 PM) – 9:00 PM      Free Time/DINNER(OYO)

9:00 PM                In rooms. Check equipment, music, and prepare uniform for next day.

10:00 PM             LIGHTS OUT – Curfew applies to all members.

                                                Bed checks will be conducted.

Saturday, July 4th 

5:30 AM               Wake-up Call (Prepare for check-out at this time)

6:30 AM               BREAKFAST (OYO); Suggested:  Gathering of Nations Buffet (Special time)

Please arrive in FULL UNIFORM.

7:30 AM               Finish packing/Bus will be ready and open. 

7:45 AM               Check out/Return room keys to Band Director.

8:00 AM               Load Bus - Must be in full uniform, assembled instruments, music & marching lyres.

8:30 AM               Bus departs for Parade Line-up site near Fairgrounds
9:00 AM               Warm-up/Tune-up/Line-up

10:00 AM             PARADE Starts
11:00 AM             Parade ends at Mescalero Community Center

                                                Transit bus will meet us here.

                                                Payout disbursement

                                                Change clothes
11:00 PM             Bus departs for Socorro, NM

2:30 PM                Bus arrives at Socorro, NM

LUNCH (OYO) 1 hour – Downtown Socorro

3:30 PM                Bus departs for Los Lunas, NM               
4:15 PM                Bus arrives at Los Lunas, NM (Drop off only)
6:30 PM                Bus arrives at Pep Boys Parking Lot, Gallup, NM (Drop off only)
7:00 PM                Bus arrives at Window Rock, AZ - Window Rock Cinema Parking Lot (next to KTNN Radio Station)

Bashas' Parking Lot will be packed due to July 4^th traffic.

Members, please clean your seating areas and take trash with you.  Any spills or messes must be cleaned up before you leave.  Take all of your possessions.  Anything left on the bus after it leaves may not be retrievable.
