As of 3:00 PM today, Thursday, July 2, 2009; these members have contacted us to reserve a spot in an allotment of 15 rooms at 4 people per room, less one room for the Transit Bus Driver, Mr. Gilbert Begay.

 

The list are those members who have signed up, the rooms are not assigned as such.  It shows that there are only 5 more available rooms totalling 22 available spots.  If you have not signed up by 10:00 PM tonight, the remaining spots will be open on a first-come, first served basis when you arrive at the bus tomorrow, Friday, July 3rd.

 

REMINDER:  Members, 18 years of age and under, will be required to have a signed parent permission form before boarding the bus.  Copies will be available at the bus, if you do not have one.
