Hi Everyone,

I've begun to put together a planning committee for our NTMA-H group
so that we can truly be a dynamic resource for information,
networking, and opportunities for one another. This will enable us
to better support each other and grow, not only musically, but as a
community.

I'd like to see us hold events that help to increase exposure for
our members to churches and the general public(which will lead to
more gigs!), plus offer us all educational experiences, and help
promote New Thought/Positive/Transformational/Spiritual music into
greater public awareness!

Some of the functions of the committee will include:
Speaker Selection and Calendar Coordination
Creating "Jam Session" or "Coffee House" events at local churches
Guiding the creation of our web presence (more on that soon!)
Member and Group marketing

If you feel that you would like to be involved in this opportunity,
please let me know. Lisa Canida and Bruce Ross have already agreed
to participate in the committee. We are very excited about the
future (and present) of this group and what it can truly do for us

We will try to hold a planning committee meeting in December to
finalize action plans. The proposed actions and events will be put
before the group for consideration at January's group meeting. The
January meeting will be truly exciting!
