Disko Bloodbath

Wednesday June 1st & 15th June, then first and third Wednesday of evey
month.

Edinburgh's first queer alternative night - rock, indie, punk and electro.
Held at Club Ego, 14 Picardy Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3JT, Tel: (0131) 478
7434. Drinks promo's all night: vodka, whisky, various bottles and various
shots from £1.

Disko Bloodbath features special guest DJ's from around the globe, including
The Daughter Of The Kaos (Club Motherfucker, Potty Mouth: London, New York,
Stockhom), T-Lady Trash and The Real Joan Collins (Skrew - London) and many
more. We also have poll dancers, XXX projections, video nasties played on
big screen, politically incorrect badges, dead animals, controversial
proaganda and loads more on offer.

Disko Bloodbath started last autumn in a wave of controversy by offending
nearly all of Edinburgh's mainstream gay scene with outragous taster fliers
and the two promoters, Alan & Jemma Bloodbath getting arrested - and that
was before the club had even started. Regularly reaching capacity in Ego's
grotto like Cocteau Lounge, Bloodbath has developed a loyal following and
continues to go from strength to strength.

July 6th Bloodbath's theme is "Dead Hooker Disko Bloodbath" with free entry
for people in appropriate costume. July also see's the return of The
Daughters Of The Kaos, who's previous guest slot filled the club to capacity
within one hour. Discount entry for customers who bring in naked pictures of
themselves (camera phone pictures don't count) which will be displayed on
the web site and in the club as a Disko Bloodbath poster.
