Benefit Concert for Dwight Diller - Saturday March 25, 2006 in Char   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #359 of 574 |
This may be of interest to some of you who may not yet know about
it. A great line-up, a worthy cause, and not a bad drive at all.

I expect that there will be several of us from the Pittsburgh area
attending.

This benefit is intended to help Dwight by providing some financial
resources following a serious auto accident last October 29 that put
him in the hospital for seven weeks. Dwight is now recovering at
home, but is currently unable to teach or perform. We hope that this
concert and another benefit that took place in January in the DC
area will help him get through this very rough time.

Hosted by Joe Dobbs and featuring: Born Old (Paul Gartner and Doug
Van Gundy), Gail Hatton, Becky and Bill Kimmons, Kate Long, Dave
Morris, John Morris, David O'Dell, The Reed Island Rounders (Bill
Cornette, Diane Jones, and Betty Vornbrock) and other friends of
Dwight.

Suggested donation of $15.

Hope you can make it.

Mike
