Pittsburgh Still-Quite-Slow-But-Speeding-Up-Perceptibly-Jam

Say Darling, Wake up on A Cold Frosty Morning on the Eighth of
January and realize
that you missed out on the last Pittsburgh Old Time
Pretty-Slow-But-Not-So-Slow-As-You-Could-Shake-A-Stick-At Jam?

Well, don't despair--come join Angeline the Baker, Old Joe Clark,
the Johnson Boyz, Sally
Goodin, Sir John Cope, Ida Red, John Henry and the rest of us on
the Twenty-Eighth of January (for real!) from 3 until 5ish Sunday
afternoon for our next jam!

Give The Fiddler A Dram of Whiskey Before Breakfast, put out
some Shortening Bread for Molly Hare, the Flop-Eared Mule and Cluck Old Hen,
feed a Juneapple to the Bell Cow and wave a nice Ashokan Farewell to
your Groundhog, then go chase down your Spotted Pony over in the
Shady Grove, Saddle Up The Pony and head on down the Road to Galway and
catch the Georgia Railroad over to Sourwood Mountain and join our next
jam on Sunday, January 28th from 3-5 pm!

Come on over to Sugar Hill and go Walking In the Parlor to set
awhile and Rock The Cradle with Joe and Lucy. Plan to enjoy your
Liberty and Hop High with the Ladies in
Cripple Creek, Dance All Night With A Bottle In Your Hand and spend
Midnight On the Water with the Ducks in the Millpond (but tell the
Boatman to watch out for that Mississippi Sawyer). After we're done
we'll all wish Elzick Farewell and beat Abe's Retreat back home
to rest up for the next jam, sometime after the Superbowl in February!

It'll be a Reel good time! :D

That's Sunday, January 28th, 3-5 pm. Beginners and newcomers warmly
welcomed =)

For further details, sheet music, driving directions, and 30 useful
things you can make entirely out of band-aids and popsicle sticks,
email us at a2b@... or sgoodis@...

Come join the fun!
