Itīs Christmas time again! I used to celebrate Christmas with my family but this time Iīll be celebrating Christmas alone. When I was still there I enjoy lots of things especially during Christmas. Our family enjoys decorating our home not only with star lanterns but also with all sorts of Christmas decors. All of our family members have their own task to do to finish the work earlier. There are times that I also went with my friends for a caroling.
I missed the things I used to do especially during "SIMBANG GABI". My family members always attend mass in the morning from December 16- December 24, because we believe that if we were able to complete the nine days mass, our wish shall be granted. After the mass my sister and I always buy "PUTO BUMBONG and BIBINGKA".
When the "NOCHE BUENA" comes I am very excited because my family members will gather altogether and share their past experiences including failures and achievements. During the "Noche Buena", I wish every family member "Maligayang Pasko" (Merry Christmas). My parentsī invites our guests and visitors partake of the food we prepared. We are also having an exchange gifts.
How I missed the things I usually do during Christmas I wish I were there to celebrate Christmas with them! I really missed my family and I was thinking on how am I going to make them happy this Christmas.
