Wanted, a particular banjo...   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1852 of 1992 |
As I get older my desire (and ability) to carry a heavy banjo around has
diminished (and that's not the only thing!).

I want to buy a Fairbanks Regent 5 string banjo, spun rim, Gryphon peghead
inlay, etc. Rim should be 10 15/16" to 11 1/4" in diameter. Condition should
be very good or better. This is for me to play so I am not looking for
something to restore and resell. The earlier the better, roughly 1902 to
1908 time frame. I would consider a Number 5 Electric, also.

If you have one for sale, please call me at (781) 209-1130 any time between
10:00 AM and 10:00 PM East Coast time.

Thanks in advance,

Mike Holmes
