The Jana Jae Fiddle Camp is held just two weeks from now on Labor Day
Weekend, Aug. 31, Sept 1 & 2, in Grove, OK, on beautiful Grand Lake
near Tulsa, OK. Master fiddlers and instructors will be on hand to
demonstrate, teach, and perform. Focus is on the fiddle, but all
acoustic players are welcome for jamming and stage opportunities.
Everyone takes home new ideas and techniques for competing in
contests, performing, or just to enjoy. This is a fun weekend!

Friday, Aug. 31 is the kickoff party at Snider's Camp, complete with
barbecue dinner. Come see and meet friends, practice up for a great
weekend of sharing, learning, and playing. Two groups are featured
entertainment, then sign up for the Open Stage. This is a great time
to try out your new tunes or perform with your group! Sat. evening,
we again are at Snider's Camp for a fish fry, an amateur fiddle
contest, and more!

Sept 1 & 2 we meet in the air-conditioned Grove Civic Center. All
levels and ages are welcome--those who play by note or by ear,
advanced players and adult or young beginners. It's an inspiring
weekend filled with tips for better playing and help with individual
problems or questions.
