Is it necessary to have Cholesterol?

Yes, Cholesterol is necessary in human health because this cholesterol helps to build new cells, improves hormones growth and insulates nerves.

First of we should know this.

Now we should know the difference between the is Good and Bad Cholesterol

HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol is the good (higher the better),

LDL (low-density lipoprotein) is the bad - the artery-clogging little devil.
