Does anyone own or know the publisher of Mark Blatchley's "For the fallen". I
have tried to order
it from RSCM and they say that it is out of print and that the publisher has no
plans to re-issue.
A follow up note asking who publishes it met with no response.

I'd like to get a copy of the piece, if possible (it is SSA, organ and trumpet)
and arrange for
permission to copy. But it's difficult not knowing the publisher.

The boys of St Paul's Cathedral, London (England) have recorded it on CD.
