Sadly, there aren't many 5-manual organs here in Canada. In Montreal, where I live, we only have one, and it's the 5-manual organ at St. Joseph's Oratory. Construction began in 1958, and it was shipped and installed in 1960.
Oddly enough, here in Montreal, there are many 4-manual organs that really ought to have 5 manuals. These are organs with 5 manual divisions, having either a floating division, or 2 divisions assigned to one manual. I can't explain why they wouldn't just go ahead and build a 5-manual organ. Mind you, the bigger the console, the more it costs, and the more maintenance. I guess Canadians are just too cheap to spend the money!
