ORGAN ACADEMY at STRATFORD SUMMER MUSIC

Applications open today for the 4th annual Organ Academy at Stratford Summer
Music (Wednesday July, featuring John Longhurst, senior organist to the
Mormon Tabernacle, Salt Lake City, USA. Each year since 2001, Stratford
Summer Music has brought one of the organ world's foremost figures to
Stratford to perform and teach during its two week musical programming; past
artists have been John Scott (St. Paul's Cathedral, London), Jean-Pierre
Leguay (Notre-Dame-de-Paris) and Ullrich Bohme (Thomaskirche, Leipzig).

Five positions are available for advanced (Undergraduate or Graduate-level)
students to study at the Academy from Wednesday July 21 to Saturday July 24.
Students participate in public masterclasses throughout the Academy, and
give a closing concert on Sunday July 25. Tuition and accommodations are
paid by Stratford Summer Music; students are responsible for travel and all
other expenses incurred before arriving in Stratford.

The deadline for application is May 15 2004. Applicants should send a
