THE PARAGON RULED THE NIGHT!   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #7680 of 7703 |

Paragonites;

I played a local songwriters showcase last night and I had 9 (count em) people
come up and say the Koalossal was the finest sounding guitar they had ever heard
(note they did NOT say that about the guy playing it however). There was even
one of the local legends from the area (sitting RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME during my
set) and he said he was floored by the tone. The guitar even had old strings on
it as I was just plain to lazy to change them prior to the gig and I was only
playing 3 songs. I used 3 different tunings (standrad, DGDGGD, CGCGCE) and I
have to admit the guitar was really singing last night. Pity there was a group
of loud obnoxious weenies there to ruin the night for everyone else. It was a
good night though! Everyone was asking about the guitar and the builder! One guy
commented it looked a bit like a Larrivee..... imagine that! :-)
