This is a listserv for alumni and friends of the University of Pennsylvania Balalaika Orchestra, fondly (or drunkenly) known as the PennBO.

This list is open to all.

Don't expect a whole ton of discussion about Russian music here, though... we talk about a lot of other strange stuff, however.
