Phideaux,
I wanted to take a moment and let you know how much I love 'Doomsday Afternoon'.
I received it about two weeks ago and have given it a regular spot in my current
rotation.
I was walking back to my desk after lunch this afternoon and turned to one of my
friends with the comment 'You know, I'm really beginning to appreciate the slide
guitar.' I'd apparently had 'Thank You For the Evil' going through my head for
the majority of the day.
Wonderful orchestration on the entire album, I am looking forward more and more
to 3rp. Speaking of which, if you're still taking requests for the gig, 'Thank
You For the Evil' is emerging as one of my other favorites.
I also have a question to ask of you.
I'm thinking that I'll be able to get one, maybe two more of your CD's before
3rp. Which ones do you recommend? I already have Chupacabras and 'Doomsday
Afternoon'. My personal preference is to be somewhat familiar with the material
if I'm going to see someone live. I was thinking 'Number 7' and 'The Great
Leap', good bet or should I get something else instead?
Thank you for the music,
Tom
