Steel City welcomes Freedy Johnston back to our stage. Known for the craftsmanship of his songs, he has been described as a "songwriter's songwriter." His music is poignant and powerful folk rock with an alternative edge. Dave Murphy opens with a set of songs that blend country, Americana, folk and rock.
Darden Smith w/Libby Johnson

Texas singer/songwriter Darden Smith has spent 20 years recording in folk, country and pop settings. But records are just part of his musical talents. He has composed for experimental dance-theater works with Austin based choreographers and his ongoing "Be an Artist Program" puts him in workshops, helping children see that they are all born artists and that creativity is inside all of us. Libby Johnson opens the show with her own brand of folk and pop music.
First Sunday of the Month Concert Series: Anibal Rojas

We kick off our First Sunday of the Month Concert Series with jazz instrumentalist Anibal Rojas. Anibal is a saxophonist whose sound is a blending of cultures, classes and musical traditions. He has appeared on the television shows "Access Hollywood," "Good Morning America" and "The Today Show." Come out and see this tremendous artist on this special Sunday performance.
