Jersey Shore Parrot Head Club Mission Statement:
“The purpose of the club is to join together people of similar interests to participate in a variety of environmental and community services, and to provide a variety of social activities for the membership.”

The JSPHC is located in Atlantic and Cape May counties in Southern New Jersey (although you can live anywhere). We have several large functions per year ranging from our Annual Spring Island Frenzy in April (with over 800 crazy Parrot Heads) to our Annual Phall Phlocking in October. Some events and meetings are kid friendly and some are adults only. We try to hold a general meeting every month and our members range in age from 21 to 70 (we also have a few Parakeets).

Along with drinking Margarita’s and listening to our favorite Buffett tunes we continue to contribute thru time and money to worthwhile charities and organizations in our area. Some of these include: ALS Walk to D’Feet ALS, Alzheimer’s Memory Walk, American Brain Tumor Assoc., ARC of Atlantic Count, Beach Clean ups, Book drives, Brendan Borek High Tides Memorial Fund, Cape May and Atlantic Co. food cupboards, Cape May Co. Peer Leadership Conference, Caps for Kids, CASA of Atlantic and Cape May Counties, Coalition Against Abuse, Down Syndrome Buddy Walks, Jennifer Ward Memorial Fund, Love of Linda Cancer Fund, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Nature Center of Cape May’s Kid’s Can Expo, New York Firefighters Fund, Osprey nest building, Par for Kids, Save the Manatees, Shield the Blue, Sunshine Foundation, United Way of Cape May Co., and Volunteers in Medicine.
