It appears to just be a two input volume pedal. Still interested to know if
anyone knows about MS-01 or MS-04 schematics...

I think I may have stumbled upon an old Korg MS-01 pedal in a pawn shop, I got it for $10 in a non-working state (I have yet to test it). It's a korg pedal,...
