As far as i can remember the Polysix has 1 VCO per voice, the Trident has a 2nd VCO which is very handy to get those fat detune sounds... ... net. ... them; ...

Tridetn MKII have an ENV for the VCF as well, and an extra sawtooth based VCO with octave selection and detuning option - great for making string sounds... BTW...

The Flanger board (KLM-291) is also the mixer board, in case it got defective it makes sense to me that the synth problem may be related to a defect on that...
