Starship Prog redux: Ensign in Command!   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #16587 of 17335 |

Join us tonight for a re-broadcast of a classic Starship number 43 from February 8, 2008.  Capt. Thunder gets locked in his ready room and Esn. Melody must take command of the Starship… and the show.  Enjoy this first time that the Ensign flew solo.  Chill with a cool selection of prog tunes featuring “The Chronicle” by Titus!  Yes, the *whole* epic song, not the bits and pieces you’ve heard before.  Titus is not available anywhere but you can hear it aboard Starship Prog.  Tune in tonight, Friday July 3, 2009 at 10 PM Eastern with replay Saturday July 4, 2009 at 2 PM Eastern.  The Captain and crew may or may not be in chat tonight for we are attending local Independence Day festivities at an Old Earth re-enactment on a planet in C’pray Sector.  Enjoy the show!  Thunder out.

See you in the Progiverse!

Fly the Starship!

-Captain Thunder and Commander Khatru

Hear Starship Prog on Progressive Positivity Internet Radio on Friday nights at
10:00 PM Eastern Time with a replay on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.

Join us in chat on Friday nights.  You can use either the chat page on the Prog Positivity
website or an old-fashioned IRC client like mIRC.  If using a client, find us at ShadowFire
server, #ProgPositivity.

We are now streaming in OGG and AAC+ for high quality listening. OGG is this Captain's
preferred format, and, you don't have to reconfigure WinAmp to play this stream. If you used
WinAmp to listen to ProgPos in the mp3PRO days, you have to *disable or uninstall* the mp3PRO
encoder from the WinAmp input plug-ins to stream AAC+.  Once that's set you can go to our
Loud City page and click "tune in":  After clicking it will show "Launch one of your players"
on the top left.  Click either the OGG or AAC+ link below that and WinAmp should open
and, boom, you're in.

You can e-mail Capt. Thunder!  thunder AT starshipprog DOT com.

Fly aboard the Starship *anytime* with our archived shows! Click above banner
for adventure and great music.
