COMBICHRIST "BOX OF DEMONS - LIMITED BOXSET WITH T-SHIRT"
ORDER FAST! STRICTLY LIMITED EDITION!
This is Techno Body Music! There is probably no other act that has influenced this musical genre as much Andy LaPlegua with his project Combichrist. On his eagerly awaited new long player “Today We Are All Demons”, he spiffs up his wild mix of EBM and Techno with a solid dose of Industrial and Aggrotech on a foundation of pure Electro. The increased hardness-factor and the thoroughly European sound of the new album are very effective: when Andy LaPlegua exorcises his inner demons and screams out his anger at the world to massive thudding beats and noisy electronics, Combichrist becomes a perfect club inferno. Furthermore, keen Andy is a master at embedding solid beats, deep bass and recognizable hook lines in the midst of all this pandemonium, thus keeping things catchy, no matter how hard the sound. Songs like “All Pain Is Gone”, “Kick Start The Fight” or the well-known club hit “Sent To Destroy”, from the advance “Frost EP”, are relentless no-nonsense club-attacks that will have you instantly shouting along nonetheless. Released on Out of Line and available January 23rd, 2009.

The hellishy hot and strictly limited "Box Of Demons" contains the double CD in a Digipak plus a box set exclusive T-Shirt (sizes M, L or XL: please email us your choice!), a classy metal pin, a postcard set and a weatherproof sticker.

THE SORROW "ORIGIN OF THE STORM - LIMITED"
STORMING THE BASE RECOMMENDS!!
How these guys have surprised us! THE SORROW from Austria’s idyllic Voralberg region arrived on the scene almost exactly 18 months ago with their debut, Blessings From The Blackened Sky, steamrolling everything that stood in their way. A band that you’d expect to find in the UK, Sweden or the US, certainly not in the German-speaking territories, had entered the great heavy metal arena. With a strong first release that lived up to top international standards under their belt (“Album of the Month” in Metal Hammer), the musicians surrounding charismatic frontman Mätze took Europe’s stages by storm, performing well over 150 gigs, playing the Wacken Open Air, Tuska, Nova Rock, Metal Camp and the Rock Hard festival, among others (the bonus CD of the limited edition includes songs from the Rock Hard open-air festival!). They visited Finland and France as well as Berlin, Bochum and Bregenz. Austria’s most successful metal act shared stages with renowned acts such as Children Of Bodom, Devildriver, Heaven Shall Burn, Killswitch Engage and Chimaira. THE SORROW have always convinced their audience in every respect, and it goes without saying that this attitude has catapulted the band into the premiere league of European metal acts in no time at all. The magazine, EMP, have been proved right in their prediction, commenting in summer 2007 that “the future definitely belongs to The Sorrow!” Backed by so much impetus, the band naturally put their shoulders to the wheel to follow their debut album with a real bang. THE SORROW have surpassed themselves with Origin Of The Storm and are set to deliver an album that is a real highlight, their familiar brute and extremely refreshing manner of celebrating their contemporary metal sound having been perfected on their new album. The raw parts get down to business with even more determination, the riffing is even more refined, the chorus even bigger and more anthemic than on their first album. At the same time, THE SORROW move in the tradition of contemporary metal acts such as Trivium, In Flames and Slipknot. Released on Drakkar and available February 27th, 2009.

***** HOT PRE-ORDERS!!

LETZTE INSTANZ "SCHULDIG"
Guilty of taking a stand, musically as well as in terms of content. 13 new songs, touching lyrics and unambiguous statements aimed at the scene and beyond. Following their acoustic album to celebrate the band’s anniversary, Letzte Instanz have come up with a codex for this kind of thing, their dogma being: “No messing about. Pure, dynamic rock music!” The recession is elsewhere, 2009 will see the band embark to new shores. Mind you, it’s never been easy to find the right musical pigeonhole for this band consisting of three Bavarians, three Saxons and a Berlin-born Istanbul resident. Although buzzwords such as brute romanticism, folk, gothic or rock may seem like appropriate cornerstones, the wide field in between evades categorisation. Always caught between two stools, yet straight to the heart. Released on Drakkar and available February 27th, 2009.

SILVERLANE "MY INNER DEMON"
SILVERLANE - that’s the name of the band which sees Subway To Sally drummer Simon Michael live out his penchant for partially progressive, but always melodic and symphonically inclined power metal in the tradition of Edguy, Avantasia, Kamelot and Gamma Ray. Back in 1995, the then 11-year-old formed the band together with his brother Chris (guitar, backing vocals), sister Dodo (keyboards, backing vocals) and school friend, Daniel Saffer (bass) – more or less as a family business, gathering initial experience in composing songs as a joint venture. This experience was soon to pay off: in the middle of working on his self-composed journeyman’s piece, LEGENDS OF SAFAR (2005) – a concept album which he distributed himself, selling 1,000 copies without promotion – the drummer applied for a position with Germany’s medieval rock music institution, Subway To Sally. The band were so impressed with the amazing skills of the talented young drummer that they made him a sensational offer: “Let us know by tomorrow morning, ten o’ clock, whether you want to join us!” The rest is rock history, at least as far as Simon Michael’s work with the band from Potsdam is concerned. This, however, didn’t automatically mean the end of SILVERLANE. In fact, the opposite was the case: together with Ecki Singer, a 23-year-old, strong-voiced powerhouse of a vocalist, and guitarist Uli Holzermer, Michael has been working simultaneously on his band’s official album debut “My Inner Demon”, due out on 20 February 2009. On Drakkar.

PUNTO OMEGA "NOCHE OSCURA DEL ALMA"
NOW AT A LOWER PRICE!!
The Argentinian electro-heroes PUNTO OMEGA celebrate the dark night of the soul. In tormentingly fatalistic songs, delivered in aggressive Spanish, they follow the path of those upon the eternal search for truth and freedom. This path is lined with crises, conflict, humiliation and manipulation. "Noche Oscura del Alma" (The Dark Night of the Soul) is the moment of the absolute nadir, from which one emerges strengthened. Only afterwards is one able to find one's own true identity. The music of the exotic dark electro duo is stamped through with this existentialism and deliberately confronts the gentle listener with a merciless strength: lashing, razor-sharp beats raining down, industrial-inspired noise, catchy keyboard passages and the demonic vocals create an unforgettable mixture which no fan of the genre will be able to resist. PUNTO OMEGA move between HOCICO and WUMPSCUT and the epic atmospherics of VNV NATION but yet offer more: a whole range of dancefloor-compatible hits and occasional hints of martial bombast and sinister atmospherics. Even neo-classical elements and acoustic guitars can be heard. With their album "Noche Oscura del Alma" the new Latin American forerunners of hard electronic anthems set forth their dark philosophy, in which each true seeker may recognize themselves. Stirring electronics, every once in a while stamped with a dreadful coldness, but at the same time passionately and seductively monumental. A long yearned-for inferno, after which the rebirth will unquestionably follow. Released on Vendetta and available January 26th, 2009.

OBSZON GESCHOPF "ERECTION BODY MUTILATED (BACK FROM THE DEAD)"
The “madman” of France was formerly a BLC band, releasing “Son of Evil” some years ago, but then left the label to search for his true hard-electro sound – and he found it! OBSZON GESCHOPF has now completely torn the doors off, pulled out all the stops, and hits you everywhere in this brutal double-disc extravaganza of pure hardcore electro heaven.  Of all things, OG decides to make an electronica tribute of sorts to serial killers like John Wayne Gacy, Albert Fish, Ed Gein ... ah yes, all good friends NOT to have ;-)  But they can become your buddies for sure if you pick up this amazing double-disc set.  A bit of background:  OG actually had thrown in the towel because his new creation got hung up at another label and there was no movement toward getting it released.  In frustration, he declared himself musically DEAD.  But not so!  He was properly resurrected by BLC PRODUCTIONS and will soon show the world how gut-wrenching, often guitar-riddled electro, really sounds, giving a tip of the hat back to the old masters of coldwave electronic and formative masters like Throbbing Gristle.  We absolutely guarantee an orgasm.  Believe us, hundreds of thousands of fans cannot be wrong.  Perhaps the most magnificent hardcore album of the decade, Disc One presents all original material, and Disc Two bangs out 15 remix hits from greats like HEIMATAERDE, JOACHIM WITT, OUT OUT, CYBER AXIS and more.  A real treasure for the hardcore dark electro fans! Released on BLC and available February 1st, 2009.

ALIEN VAMPIRES "FUCK OFF AND DIE"
The masters of melding electro, metal and trance in a brilliant hard-electro cocktail return after their huge successes with MCD “Nuns are Pregnant”, full-length album “EVIL GENERATION”, and “NO ONE HERE GETS OUT ALIVE” – all of which have been grabbed up by the rabid fans who demonstrate an almost cult-like devotion to the iconoclastic ALIEN VAMPIRES. WYNARDTAGE "THE GREY LINE"
For more than six years K. Arnold has headed up the project Wynardtage. Musically, this audio powerhitter finds its home in the dark electro field for which it was targeted from the beginning. Not only thought as "food for the dancefloor" they convince beyond the clubs too, with their manifold and innovative sounds and emotional lyrics. With the 4th. album "The Grey Line" Wynardtage serves another milestone in the still-fresh history of the band. Eleven new emotional-upgraded songs give a proof why the Chemnitz-based project belongs to the top of german dark-electro scene(as there are 3 DAC top five in the last two years) All of the songs are suited in the well known wynardtage "clothes" and point exactly through their authentic, depressive mood and sustainable club-usability. As fast as things somtimes can change in life, so it was in masterminds Kai Arnolds life in the recent months. Such experiences were personally described in songs like "leaving" or "the frozen point". A real special highlight is definitely the titlesong "The Grey Line", where again Melanie G.(known from guestappearance at davaNtage) gives brightful vocals.
