This list was originally set up for members of rec.music.makers.guitar.acoustic so we could plan an East-Coast gathering in the spring of 1999. We've held gatherings each year at Westmoreland State Park on the Northern Neck of Virginia.

The date for EC 2012 will be Thursday, April 19 through Monday, April 23, 2011. We are now in reservation mode. Reservations are being coordinated by Kate Hamaker. If you wish to attend and stay at the park, now is the time to contact Kate by putting a message on the list or use Facebook and look for the RMMGA East group
