I would advise all to check out the Tower Records site to get the new
CD. They have it listed there twice, at two vastly different prices.
I bought my copy for $16.99 today. If you type in SPIRIT PLANET into
their search engine, it will bring it up. Even though Tower stores are
gone, they still have a website. Amazing that I have to buy a copy.
You'd think that since I provided most of the pictures and memorabilia
for free to the label, that they might send me a copy or two. I have
no idea as to when/if CD Baby will stock the CD or not, as I no
longer have any involvement there (not my choice). I obviously have
heard the new CD, and I agree it's one of the best things Mick has
done so far.

As some of you may know, Cass recently took a fall and broke a leg in
two places near the ankle. He had to be operated on, and metal parts
were inserted to fix the break. He has just been released from rehab,
but still has a boot over the injury. I'm sure he would appreciate me
thanking all the people who sent him get well cards and letters.

There is a new book released entitled WENT TO SEE THE GYSPY by Mark
Fogarty that I understand has some nice things to say about Randy.
Have yet to see a copy.If you go to www.lulu.com/content/2468952 it
should bring it up.

For any fans in the UK, Mark Andes plans to tour in your country in
July with Ian McLagan's band. Check out Ian's MySpace page for the
dates. Prior to the UK dates, they will also play Memphis, St. Louis
and Chicago on July 2, 3 and 4 respectively. I plan to see them here
in Memphis.
