Dear EM Fans,

We just returned this week from the Ricochet Gathering 2008 held in
Transylvania, Romania.
It was very cold there, but we had a great time and I think we recorded some
fantastic new music.

There were a total of 10 musicians and we setup the "studio" in a
castle/hunting manor. We had to have a generator for good electricity and
butane heat lamp for minimal warmth in the subfreezing temperatures.

and photos - I think they are quite representative of the event.

Romania is a wonderful country and it's true that it is a land that time
forgot...

The Keeps Cues is a 37 minutes piece of original Keep music by TD from the
LaserDisc soundtrack.
I did all the editing to create a long piece of music without talk/voice
from the movie. I did this to celebrate RG 2008 in Romania and to inspire
the musicians to create a new interpretation of The Keep soundtrack. So I
gave this CD to all the musicians as a homework assignment and on 11/11 we
played all day recording a new Keep soundtrack - which does not sound like
the original at all, but a new interpretation. I plan to release this later
next year.
Only 222 numbered copies available. I am selling the leftovers only at this
website and Stephane Piter's website in France. This is for the collector
only.
