Here's an update for Tangerine Dream & Jerome Froese Items.

I have all expected Jerome Froese item in stock.
As far as Tangerine Dream shipments, this has been a trying period for me
and you - the fans.

Last night I received the remaining order for:
- Sleeping Watches Snoring in Silence
- Sprintime in Nagasaki and
- other back-ordered TDI/Eastgate items.
So anybody that ordered the above items, expect their shipment to go out
this week.

But, Eastgate forgot to include the large order for Madcap's Flaming Duty
CD/DVD Combo!
This morning I received an apology from them for the mess-up and they're
shipping them today.
So anybody expecting these items, expect me to ship them later next week.

Now to the Voiceprint items (another fiasco). Voiceprint is supplying the
single Madcap Flaming Duty CDs,
The 35th Anniversay Phaedra 2DVD sets and the Coventry DVD. They FedEx'ed
the package last week and FedEx has LOST the package. Can you beleive this!?
I have a trace and claim in and maybe it will show up, but I've asked
Voiceprint to send another package FedEx ASAP. I am still waiting on their
response. So this will be delayed at least another week.

Maybe this is too much information for those patiently waiting on orders,
but I want to let you know the status and how we are at the mercy of
suppliers and the postal shippers. This is the first time so many things at
once have messed up - vendors and shippers both having problems; and worst
of all, these vendors all want payment up front now.

So, take a deep breathe, spin some TD you haven't listened to in a while and
your CDs/DVDs will arrive.
