ABOUT US: RushFanGroup_3 was founded in the winter of 1999, making it the oldest Rush Fan Group on the internet. Originally made up of a small group of fans who helped dream it up on MSN Groups, it was originally simply called "RUSH FANS". The group grew and soon moved to various websites and changed names a few times over the years but has finally found a home here on YahooGroups. We once held the title as the largest Rush fan group on the internet, consisting of over 12,000 fans on our combined forces of Yahoo, MySpace, Graffiti and Google groups, but those numbers have been dwindled down trememdously over time, and we no longer run the Graffiti and Google RFG_3 groups, but the MySpace group is still around with several hundred people as members along with this group.

MISSION: This is a non-profit social group dedicated to the fans of RUSH and helps promote tribute and cover bands of RUSH from all parts of the world, as well as Rushapalooza, which has been organized since February of 2007.

ORGANIZERS: This group was formed by Troy Primeaux of Katy, Texas and has no connection to Anthem Entertainment, SRO Productions, Mercury Records, Atlantic Records or the staff, members, security or touring companies of RUSH. We are strictly a fun place for fans to discuss events surrounding RUSH.The group's current Moderators are Geoff from the UK and Maggs from Arizona.
