I own a successful online magazine and we are currently looking for a webmaster.  You don't neccessarily have to have experience in building professional sites, however, you need to have some type of experience whether it's building personal or professional websites.

The magazine features and interviews celebrities and also includes fashion, contests, etc.  Everybody from today's hottest celebrities to up and coming artists.
