The good news is that there is another sarrusophone for sale.
However - it is a soprano. Still, and interesting instrument. The
owner inherited it from his grandfather. It was apparently replated
by Leblanc in the 1940's, unfortunately covering the maker's mark -
nobody knows who made the instrument. May need new pads. I've put a
couple of pictures up on the Yahoo sarrusophone club
(http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/sarrusophone). I should have another
one up in a while - have to change the file format to upload it.

If anyone is interested, please let me know and I'll put you in touch
with the owner. I think he's looking to sell it for around US$3K or
best offer.
