I did a very basic one that I've been using for some of my music. I
just uploaded it into the Files section of this group:

I consider this thing freeware.
It only has three samples, and doesn't work really well above one
octave below Middle C (or even quite that high, really), but it's
serviceable and it's not that often that a contrabass sarrusophone plays
higher than that anyway. I'd really love to have samples of other sizes of
sarr -- especially tenor -- to do the same thing with, but so far I've had
no luck in finding usable samples.
From the description of what you're seeking in the way of samples,
though, the one you would build from that would probably be far superior to
mine. :-]
