Orsi will make you a sarrusophone in any size you request - for a price ;-)
My tenor sarrusophone is an Orsi. Their website
(http://www.orsi-wind-instruments.it/) has the current contact information
(they've moved farther out of Milan). It doesn't detail everything they
offer, but does list all the saxes and clarinets, as well as the reed
contrabass.
