bad news guys, I confirm that Orsi is not making Sarrusaphones anymore,I have just talked to them, the site is quite old and has not been updated.

as far as I know Orsi makes a reed contrabass (aka contrabasse á anche) and not a sarrusophone.

Just to satisfy my curiosity, I contacted the Orsi company in Italy and asked them for an estimate for a new Eb Bari. Their price was 15,914.00 Euros, or just... 		puckrock2000

... The Vichy auction happens randomly, as far as I can tell. Two or three times per year. They don't always have sarrusophones - sometimes there are no wind...

... My guess? Not many... ... Conn was not interested. As for the price back then, I think some sax site has old Conn ads, including the contra sarrusophone....
