Here is some stuff that is news up here . I will try to tie it into
the list some how.

Me and a few of my friends restarted a University club with the express
purpose of putting on shows. We get to use the facilities at the
university for a nominal fee, and what I found out from talking to
some of the bands around town is that there is *nowhere* for them to
play. For those who don't know, the musical scene up here consists of
cover bands that play at bars. Anyway we got our first show liened up
for the 14th, and everybody is freaking out because we have never
done anything like this before. Hopefully we won't kill each other
and will actually have the show.

To tie it into the list, the last incarnation of the Coffee House Club
did a lot of work and got the Microphones to play last year. So
hopefully we can bring someone cool up here.

I am supposed to make a web page for the club (which I haven't done.)
It should have some of our flyers and other news. You won't want to
miss it.
