You probably mean the "Indie-List Digest," which Eric Sinclair and
Anne Zender ran. Pretty much the first listserv I ever heard of
dedicated to this kind of music. The archives used to be at
www.bloofga.org, but seem to be gone - try web.archive.org and type in
the URL there.
