Showcases are the best industry secret, a great happening all around the
world. Songsalive! Showcases are a very cozy, intimate and acoustic
environment where media and music industry representatives often drop by to
check out the latest talent. Showcase your music and support our Songsalive!
national and international live events and showcases presenting songwriters
and artists of original music. Showcases are conducted globally.

*ABOUT THE SHOWCASE:*
The Songsalive! Los Angeles Showcase features a new venue, a new date, and a
new format! Songsalive returns to Hallenbeck's after a couple of years.
Hallenbeck's is an well known venue for acoustic Los Angeles Songwriters and
performers - they have a small stage with a great sound system, great food
and drinks, it is family friendly too, with free parking on the street.

*ARTISTS:*
We have four performers who will be doing sets in two rounds - so nice you
hear them all twice! And we'll have a short intermission in the middle for
food, stretching, and conversation.

*FEATURING:*

*Charles William*

Charles William is an experienced and talented vocalist/guitarist, that
after taking the last 7 years off from music, is now back writing, creating
his own material, with a heart and charisma that touches the heart and
soothes the soul.

*Sharif*

After spending months writing songs with hitmakers like Desmond Child,
Sharif returned to the studio with over 50 songs. Working with his producers
and other musicians, Sharif was able to narrow it down and record 14 new
tracks for his 3rd record, "Kisses and Lies." Amazing musicians like Rhett
Miller (Old 97's), Tim Bradshaw (John Mayer) and Jon Graboff (Ryan Adams)
all stopped by the studio to contribute to the record. Many of these songs
have already been placed in film and tv, and Sharif has been touring
non-stop since its release.

*Shawn Cunnane and THE SHADOW MAN*

Shawn Cunnane has been mentioned in music connection magazine several times.
bob legget referred to his playing as INCREDIBLE! in another music
connection review, mike cavanaugh called his playing TOP NOTCH! Music
connection has referred to shawn cunnane as a MONSTER! geez. Thanks music
connection. shawn cunnane will play any genre of music. he plays country,
bluegrass, jazz, funk, rock, electronic, ambient, punk, reggae, latin,
bossa. he is for hire. but he has a soul. he is a trained musician and is
completely strange. he can read music. he mainly performs on guitar,
mandolin, guitar synth, and slide. he also plays bass and piano. he will
compose, arrange, record, perform, transcribe, creatively consult, prepare
charts, tour and just act hip on stage. he has excellent stage presence. he
exudes professionalism. he is available to all age groups, genders, and
orientations. he has an infinitely open schedule. he is in excellent
physical condition. he doesn't sleep.

Lindsey Harper embodies what it means to be soulful. The sultry 23-year old
