• POTLUCK FEAST - bring something to share (main dish, dessert, beverage) if you
  plan to partake

(2) KIRTAN – By PremShakti & Friends (8:30-10:00pm)

• KIRTAN - spiritual chanting, plus poetry from the mystics
  Led by Acharya PremShakti (vocals and harmonium, poetry readings)
  Michael Dean Goodman (spiritual commentaries, vocal accompaniments, percussion)
  Friends on vocals, sitar, tabla, flute, guitar, singing bowls…

• PARTICIPATE - sing along, harmonize, drum, dance, meditate, or just enjoy this
  delight for the ears and the heart!  Kirtan is a profound ancient method to bypass
  the thinking brain and directly awaken the heart.

• PREMSHAKTI - her voice and devotion will light up your life.  She's committed her life
  to spiritual practice and teaching.  She helped found the Kripalu Center in Lenox MA -
  the world's largest yoga teaching center – where she studied with Swami Kripalu, lived
  and taught for decades, was eventually awarded the rare title of 'Acharya' (spiritual
  teacher), and still serves part of each year as a senior faculty member.  She is interna-
  tionally renowned as a 'teacher of teachers' (having trained 500 yoga teachers - all over
  the world and here in SE Florida).  She's traveled the world leading kirtans, teaching
  yoga, and serving individuals through her life coaching and living example of bhakti.

(3) MUSIC & DANCE JAM (10:00pm-midnight)

Flowing seamlessly from the kirtan ...
... continuing the kirtan mood into spontaneous music & dance

• MUSICAL JAM CIRCLE - drummers, musicians, vocalists
  Limited loaner instruments are available.

• EXPRESS YOURSELF IN DANCE/MOVEMENT - it's hard to sit still when the lights dim
  and the jam begins.  All styles are welcome: bellydance, free-form dance, trance dance,
  spiritual dance, partner yoga, spinners and twirlers... 
  Let your heart and body have their way!

1. From I-95, exit at Belvedere Rd.
2. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Belvedere Rd. westbound
3. Pass the airport on the left, round the big 'S' curve
4. Pass Military Trail (stoplight, 7-11, Walgreens, KFC)
5. At the 2nd street past Military Tr. (Park Ln.) turn right - 1 block before Haverhill
6. Our house is on the NE corner of Belvedere Rd. & Park Ln. ('4855' on the mailbox).

1. From the Florida Turnpike northbound, exit at Southern Blvd.
2. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Southern Blvd. eastbound
3. Go about 2 miles and exit at Military Tr.
4. Turn left/north on Military Tr. and go 1 mile
5. Turn left/west onto Belvedere Rd. (stoplight, 7-11, Walgreens, KFC)
6. At the 2nd street past Military Tr. (Park Ln.) turn right - 1 block before Haverhill

5. At the 2nd street past Military Tr. (Park Ln.) turn right - 1 block before Haverhill

PARKING:

1. The 1st 25 cars to arrive should park in our front & back yards (on the grass). 
    Please do not park on our paved driveway - leave that free for people to unload &
    get on and off the grass.
2. After that, please park only on the east (right) side of Park Ln. - NOT blocking any
    driveway (look carefully).  First, drop off heavy objects (drums, food, etc.) in the driveway
    and then park.
3. Of course, when parking anywhere, be smart - don't leave valuables sitting in plain view.
4. Please don't pull into any neighbors' driveways or yards to turn around, especially late at
    night when leaving.  The activity, and bright lights, disturb and frighten them, and they
    complain to the City.  To exit our neighborhood, don't turn around on Park Ln. - it's dark,
    narrow, and has deep drainage ditches along both sides; just continue north on Park Ln.
    and there's a street 2 blocks down going left (west) to Haverhill Rd.
